Despatch Times

We normally aim to have your order ready for despatch within 24 hours of completion.

"Completion" is when all queries have been addressed and artwork layouts proofed and accepted.

If you have a deadline for receipt please discuss this with us when ordering.

Delivery Methods

Small items are usually sent via 1st Cass Post.

Larger items are sent via one of our preferred carriers, currently CityLink or TNT.

We use either 48 hour 24 hour delivery services but cannot always guarantee that the couriers booked will actually collect from us on the day requested. This usually depends on the time of day we are able to place the order.

Please bear in mind that deliveries are not made at weekends or on Public Holidays. (We may be able to offer a  Saturday delivery service at extra cost).

As always, if you have a deadline for delivery please call us to discuss when ordering.

We also operate a regular free delivery service to central Cardiff.
